We offer design build for basic plans; we also can recommend good architects for more complex designs. We work closely with the homeowner and design team throughout the project.

General Contractor, John Farrell, is the first person you will meet from the Alta Restoration & Remodeling team. After 25+ years in construction and project management at various locations in the Western Hemisphere, the Farrell family relocated to Utah. Shortly after that, John began the venture as head of the new company.

The company uses very little in the way of traditional advertising; most of our continued business comes from word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers who tell their friends and neighbors. And, much of that satisfaction comes from the expertise and congeniality of John Farrell in working with clients, subcontractors, material suppliers, and others involved in completion of a project. John's skill at coordinating the schedules enhances the ability of all parties to work together for the best results.

Early in the process, you also will meet Daniel Farrell, Jobsite Supervisor and Lead Carpenter. Daniel has well proven himself in his 10+ years' experience with the company. He has earned the same respect from clients for his good nature and easy-to-work-with attitude.

Both men exemplify the key company philosophy of customer satisfaction with high quality work for a fair price. They also work to ensure that any other employees or subcontractors brought on to the jobsite hold to that same standard. This attitude has helped to build and maintain Alta Restoration & Remodeling's good reputation as a fine home remodeler.
